Symptoms

When using the CKEditor 3 in Internet Explorer 11 (IE11) supplied with APEX 4.2, you cannot paste into a Rich Text Editor box. This happens only with IE 11.
It works with IE 9, Chrome and Firefox.

 Upgrading the client browsers from IE9 to IE11
