Symptoms
In ODI 12.1.3 the odiRef.getFilterList returns join conditions instead of filter conditions.
The following code is recognized as valid but the result is false. Instead of returning the filter condition it returns join conditions. The same code used in ODI 11 on the same database works correctly.
