Symptoms

While running 12c RCU in silent mode, it asks for IAU_Append and IAU_Viewer password twice.

It can be reproduced with the following steps:

silent installation asks below password twice for these:

Please enter the schema password for [<prefix>_IAU_Append]:
Please enter the schema password for [<prefix>_IAU_Viewer]:
Please enter the schema password for [<prefix>_IAU_APPEND]:
Please enter the schema password for [<prefix>_IAU_VIEWER]:
