Symptoms
When attempting to extend WebCenter Portal to update the webcenter web.xml file,
the following error occurs when running "clean-stage" of the deployment as per Note 1557319.1.
ERROR
BUILD FAILED
C:\JDeveloper\mywork\DesignWebCenterSpaces\WebCenterSpacesExtensionLibrary\internal-targets.xml:54:
Problem: failed to create task or type if
Cause: The name is undefined.
Action: Check the spelling.
Action: Check that any custom tasks/types have been declared.
Action: Check that any / declarations have taken place.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will following steps of Note 1557319.1 to update the WebCenter Portal web.xml file.
