Parameters in Form Post Disappear When Posting to Remote Satellite Server via OHS (Doc ID 1965062.1)

Symptoms

Request parameters are null in form POST to Remote Satellite Server when posting through OHS.

When performing a POST request to Remote Satellite Server, the parameters passed in the POST are null when retrieved via ics.GetVar() in the target/action page.
This is only happening when posting to OHS, while OHS is configured to pass the request to Remote Satellite Server.
When posting directly to Remote Satellite Server (on WebLogic), the parameters are present.
