Symptoms

In Exalogic 2.0.6.x virtual releases issue of vServer creation failing with "Unable to get valid vDC Server Pool configuration details. Check configuration or try later" error is observed.

There is also a "?" moniker over the Oracle VM Managers under Administration in EMOC console as shown in below screenshot.
