PDF Files Do Not Rotate When Imported In Native Format In WebCenter Enterprise Capture Client (Doc ID 1967671.1)

Goal

Certain client profiles in Enterprise Capture have "Non-Image File Import Action" (under the Image Settings train stop) set to "Import in Native Format". When importing a PDF file, the rotate options (Left, Right, Flip) do not work in the Capture client.
