Symptoms

 Composite instances are periodically failing with the following error:

WDSL URL:->URL?WSDL
Namespace:->Namespace
Processing INVOICE Header ID:->225793688
Stage[invoke_soap] SOAP Request errored out:->ORA-29266: end-of-body reached
STATUS returned by SOAP Request :->E
SOAP Request failed.
