Goal

OVD 10.1.4.3.0 BP 13.

While running OViDmanager and right clicking the server configured,  a context menu pops up. From that context menu there is an option to choose Manage and then Server Certificates. However, Server Certificates is greyed out / grayed out and it is not available to select.

In the document titled Oracle® Virtual Directory Product Manual Release 10g (10.1.4.3.0) E12283-01 the following is found:

Managing Server Keys
Oracle Virtual Directory uses a Java key store to store any keys used for supporting
SSL/TLS. The key store is typically located in the conf directory of the Oracle Virtual
Directory installation. To manage the keys in the key store, right-click on the server
you wish to manage, and select Manage Server Keys... The Key Manager dialog box
appears.

Why is this option greyed/grayed out?
