Veridata Vericom Job Fails With Oggv-20052: Weblogic Password Input Failed. (Doc ID 1980647.1)

Symptoms

Using Veridata v12.1.3.0.1 we had been able to submit vericom jobs
without any problem. But after a WLS restart, the same user can no longer
submit vericom jobs. Vericom returns:

OGGV-20052: Weblogic password input failed.

These same jobs can be executed through Veridata web with no issue.

The WLS permissions for the user submitting the job look good with group:
veridataCommandLineUser
