Symptoms
When executing a Scenario in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) 11g or 12c Console, it always displays default values even if the Variables used as startup parameters are set to "Latest Value", and the latest values are different from default ones.
ODI Studio and ODI Console manage Variable latest value in a different way: ODI Console does not prompt the effective latest value, while ODI Studio does.
