PreInstall.bat Fails with "Please read the Readme.doc and place the PreInstaller in right location" Error On Windows 2008 64-bits (Doc ID 1980990.1)

Symptoms

OS Upgraded to windows 2008 (64 bit), while installing Inbound Refinery on the window 2008, the Preinstaller.bat fails. The following steps were done:


1. Download patch P12405246_1013_MSWIN_x86-64
2. Follow the steps within the "install_cserver_win_10en.pdf" file that comes with the patch.
3. As a requisite for Windows 2008 64 bits, the Preinstaller.bat file located under GenericPreinstaller directory is executed, failing with the following error message:
"Please read the Readme.doc and place the PreInstaller in right location"
