Issue Accessing Oracle.igf.ids Classes From OAM Custom Plugin Context (Doc ID 1981389.1)

Symptoms

Unable to import oracle.igf.ids to an OAM custom plugin via MANIFEST.MF

It seems that in OAM 11.1.2.2 OAM uses oracle.igf.ids instead of oracle.security.idm for accessing OID and oracle.igf.ids is located in identitydirectory.jar

Trying to import the plugin using this syntax results in following error
