Successfully Published Page Asset Not Showing Up In Target Contributor UI Site Tree (Doc ID 1982446.1)

Symptoms

Successfully published a newly created Page asset that has been placed in the Site Plan.  The Page asset is available through the search interface in Contributor UI on the Destination, but is not visible in the Site Plan Tree.  Destination sites.log shows the following error:
