Exalogic Virtual: VNICS Status Shown As "WAIT-VHUB" On the IB Switch Running The Master (Doc ID 1982498.1)

Symptoms

In Exalogic Virtual Release 2.0.6.x issue of VNICS showing as "WAIT-VHUB" status in IB Switch which is running Master is observed. All the VNICS on the Master IB Switch are shown as WAIT-VHUB instead of UP.

On the other IB Switches the VNICS are shown as UP. However all the guest vServers, Control vServers, Compute Nodes connectivity works fine without any issues.

Also there are no cabling issues with the IB cabling as well. But still the VNICS status in shown as "WAIT-VHUB" on the Master IB Switch. This issue was observed in Exalogic and Exadata interconnected multirack environment.
