Symptoms

Server restarts automatically when trying to include an asset in CKEditor,
 it is trying to load the template thumbnail image from below URL

/sites/ImageRendererServlet?id=<id>&assettype=Template&attribute=Thumbnail&width=139&height=97

The url leads to the server to restart.
