Can the Default User Types In Lookup.Users.Role be Deleted or Edited? (Doc ID 1983027.1)

Goal

For certain default User Types (from USR_EMP_TYPE), which cannot be disabled or deleted from the Lookup.Users.Role in the System Administration console, when attempting to delete or edit the value using the Design Console, there'a popup with "Access Denied".

You'd like to know if it's possible to edit or delete this kind of default User Type.
