OHS is Requesting Directly To Sites, Bypassing Remote Satellite Server (Doc ID 1983204.1)

Symptoms

Having  OHS -> Remote Satellite Server on WLS -> Sites on WLS cluster.
OHS load balances between the Remote Satellite Servers (RSS).

There is a firewall between OHS and Sites, blocking all traffic.

Pages are loading fine when accessed directly to RSS running on WLS, but when accessed through OHS it's either showing only half a page, or not loading at all.
