ERROR While Publishing Asset With Blob (Doc ID 1983801.1)

Symptoms

When publishing an asset with a blob file, which is stored in an url field, the publishing process shows me success.
However, when clicking on it I'm getting a 404 http status returned. When checking the logs it says:
 Exception getting string value for column mimetype from row -1 of query 1424353480346: java.lang.NoSuchFieldException: mimetype
