Unable To Create Workspace In API Service Manager In OAG 11.1.2.2.0 (Doc ID 1983925.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create a workspace in OAG API Service Manager, the following error is generated:

Resource '/<URL>' failed. Method: POST. Reason: Failed to create workspace. null

The log file shows this error:
