DimensionableAssetManager.getRelative() Returns Null If the Input Asset is Already in the Dimension Requested (Doc ID 1985397.1)

Symptoms

DimensionableAssetManager.getRelative() returns null if the input asset is already in the dimension requested.

Take the sample Page assets in FirstSiteII for example:
 - FSIIHome Page:1118867611403 (en_US)
 - Home (fr) Page:1155737750447 (fr_FR)
 - Home (de) Page:1155737750453 (de_DE)
 - Home (es) Page:1155737750459 (es_ES)

Sample code:

 This code returns null, because asset 1118867611403 is already of Dimension "en_US".
