Saving Code in Source Mode is Overwritten in Site Studio Contributor (Doc ID 1985840.1)

Symptoms

Using Site Studio 11.0.0.834 contributor editing is corrupted.  Presents when changes made via source mode use a single quote (rollover image functionality).
ERROR:

No Error. Just code is corrupted and non-functional.

Steps To Reproduce:

In SS Contributor, Navigate into the Source mode and paste in this code:
