Symptoms

Running a Forms application shows the following error(s)

 

NoClassDefFoundError

 

java.lang.InterruptedException
at java.lang.Object.wait(Native Method)
at oracle.forms.engine.Heartbeat.run(Unknown Source)
at java.lang.Thread.run(Unknown Source)
RegisterWebUtil - Loading WebUtil Version 11.1.2.2
FRM-92089: unexpected fatal error while initializing the applets user interface
com.sun.deploy.security.BlockedException: The Java security settings have prevented this application from running. You may change this behavior in the Java Control Panel.
at com.sun.deploy.security.SandboxSecurity.showBlockedDialog(Unknown Source)

Caused by: java.lang.SecurityException: Invalid Permissions value: all-permissions
