Goal

Why many WebLogic threads are waiting for a single rollback transaction when a SQL query is stuck or the Database is locked:

 

Once the DataBase is unlocked, the transaction got rolled back successfully.

In order to avoid this kind of hanging threads when SQL queries are stuck or the database is locked, are there any parameters from WebLogic end to prevent creating threads?
