Symptoms
An ADF application uses a multiTaskFlow in the pageDefinition file to allow users to open multiple dashboards.
After opening and closing several "dashboards" in the application the following error appears:
This works fine in 11.1.2.4.0 but when migrating to 12.1.3.0 the application is raising a lot of "JBO-25200: Application Module is not connected to a database" error messages.
