Calendar Popup Widget (Date Picker) Sets Invalid DateTime Value Including "NaN" (Doc ID 1991072.1)

Symptoms

When setting Date type attribute via Date Picker (Calendar Popup Widget), it sets invalid value including "NaN" like "undefined NaN, 0NaN 12:NaN:NaN PM" (exact format of the value depends on locale of the session)

Changes

It occurs when remove value (set null) or set non-numeric value to any of time fields (HH, MM, SS) then click the date in the calendar.
