Symptoms
Getting error when running curl command to test the REST service for Automated Policy Synchronization set up.
curl -u <user> 'https://<HOSTNAME>.<DOMAIN>:<PORT>/oam/services/rest/_replication/hello'
"Not authorized. Provide Authorization Header."
