After upgrade the system from 22.214.171.124 to 126.96.36.199 and enable ADF UI when need to complete the Workflow Configuration (As Doc ID 1618305.1) Step 18
After restart WCC server following error message is received:
Alert Workflow In Queue set up is not complete.
The system Show this error
Unable to execute service WF_INQUEUE_UPGRADE and function wfInQueueUpgrade.
The error was caused by an internally generated issue. The error has been logged
