On the Admin tab -> System Tools -> Cache Management > Sites Cache | Resultset Cache | CAS Cache | Co-Res SS Cache > Cluster Info screen, sometimes cluster peers do not show up right after a server restart until the Cluster Info screen is accessed on the node.
