Symptoms
After scanning a document and committing it as a text file, the commit driver is failing with the following Managed Server errors:
oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: getOutput() == null!

Caused by: java.lang.IllegalStateException: getOutput() == null!
at com.sun.media.imageioimpl.plugins.tiff.TIFFImageWriter.endWriteSequence(TIFFImageWriter.java:2760)

oracle.odc.exception.CommitException: Failed to export document to an Image-Only PDF. Exit code: 34
The 'Name document file based on metadata field values' has been selected and a date using the '/' as the date delimiter is being used.
It fails to create the TIFF or PDF, however it does create the manifest file correctly in the same directory (although the manifest is a zero-length file).
