Access Denied When Trying to view the Community or Gadgets WEM application

The following error is seen in the UI:

"Access Denied

The domain on which WEM Admin is launched must match the domain specified in the Community-Gadgets configuration file named setup_cs.properties. Either reset the WEM Admin domain by setting the widgets.cs.management.attrs.urls property in the file, or launch WEM Admin on the domain specified in that property."
