In a clustered environment a soa-infra composite end point returns HTTP-404 when routing through OHS

Symptoms
You are in a SOA cluster at the soa-infra web services test page using the main Load Balancer URL ( http://hostname:port/soa-infra). Clicking on any endpoint test URL returns HTTP-404 error.
The same test is successful if the test URL is composed using one of the middle tiers name instead ( http://hostname:port/soa-infra).
Your installation already met the two requirements to use the soa-infra test page which are:
- You already have "Enable Web Service Test Page" through Enterprise Manager ( At "domain name" --> Administration -> General Setting > Advanced > and check up "Enable Web Service Test Page")
- The WLS domain is configured in production mode.
Changes
