Active Directory Group Recon Does Not Detect Deleted Groups From the Lookup (Doc ID 1996136.1)

Goal

Usecase: Using the "Active Directory Group Lookup Recon" job to populate the lookup: Lookup.ActiveDirectory.Groups.

Now if one deletes a group from the AD Source, then how to remove that group from the above Lookup? The "Active Directory Group Delete Recon" job removes the groups from UD_ADGRP table not the lookup.
