Purpose

The showPassword utility was developed to avoid having to use the oidadmin tool to look up various passwords stored within OID. There are times administrators may need to determine the ORASSO schema password when performing functions within Oracle Application Server (OAS).

Due to varying differences on multiple operating systems, script provided is not supported by Oracle Support. The following is intended as an example, to aid in the understanding of the product.
