In WebLogic MDB Unable to Consume Messages Using FOREIGN JNDI ProviderJNDI Link (Doc ID 1997003.1)

Symptoms

MDB is unable to consume the messages from the Remote destination using Foreign JNDI Provider link. Based on the following documentation from topic "Common Destination Scenarios", it can be inferred that the setup is supported.

The following is a detailed set of steps to reproduce the issue.

1. Create WLS 12.1.2 domain with two Clusters (say C1, C2). C1 has Managed server, MS1. C2 has Managed Server MS2.

2. Create a JMS module with a connection factory (qcf1) and a distributed Queue (udq1) and target it to C1

3. Create a Foreign JNDI provider (with Provider url: <t3://MS1host:port>) targeted to C2 with two links:
