Login Page Does Not Load for Content UI (Doc ID 1997817.1)

Symptoms

The login page does not load properly for the content UI.  The following error is seen in the WCCADF_server1.log file.

 

 

Changes

 Oracle Internet Directory (OID) was recently installed and the content server and content UI were configured to use OID for authentication and authorization.
