"Unable To Get Roles For The User" Message in jive.info.log (Doc ID 1998237.1)

Symptoms

In WebCenter Portal, when accessing a page that contains Discussions, some users show the following message in the jive.info.log:

The user is able to access, create and use the Discussions without error in WebCenter Portal. The functionality is working as expected.
