After Removing Tuxedo 12cR2 (12.1.3) Patched Components By OUI, The Tuxedo Patch Level Will Not Be Anymore Accurate: 'opatch lsinventory -detail' Will Report No Patch Whereas 'tmadmin -v' Reports a Patch Level (Doc ID 1998637.1)

Symptoms

With a full Tuxedo 12cR2 (12.1.3) installation where your applied Patch Level 004 using OPatch if later on you remove a specific component like TSAM agent using Oracle Universal Installer(OUI) it listing out the applied patch 004 also uninstalling, provided below message, there is no option to unselect it.
TSAM Agent & Interim Patch 19927652 ( 2 products ) will be removed
After deinstallation of TSAM Agent "opatch lsinventory" don't list applied patch RP04 which was there before TSAM agent deinstallation.
