OHS 11g Reverse Proxy Failed To Load .SWF Files (Doc ID 1998693.1)

Symptoms

When using 11.1.1.6 OHS as reverse proxy to Tomcat Apache server, the swf files fails to load. The OHS error_log file has the following entries during the time of issue
