Symptoms
Cannot upload documents into Document Explorer. Getting pop-up error:
Unable to upload document.
Changes
Verify via Chrome or FireFox "Inspect Element > Network" Tool during the uploaded fail attempt.
Check 'Response Tab': {"jsonrpc":"2.0","error":{"code","message","Read-only file system","id","id"}
