Symptoms

When applying January 2015 PSU version 2.0.6.2.0 EC services upgrade fails with "EMOC-PC-service  is not running with the expected version" error during upgrade step of PC1 and PC2.

Following is the error snippet.

Changes

 This will happen while doing the upgrade from 2.0.6.0.2 (April PSU 2014) to 2.0.6.2.0 (January PSU 2015).
