Symptoms

Using HTTPS (SSL) with the Content UI.

Error with upload form in the Content UI

When clicking the upload button in the WebUI, and then select a profile, get and error page with the message:
"System failure occurred. Contact your site administrator.".
Console output shows: "Caused By: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: oracle/wcc/adf/vc/upload/UploadHelper".

Changes

 Using HTTPS (SSL), or just changed from HTTP to HTTPS with the Content UI via SSL listen port in WLS, or 11g Webtier.
