Symptoms

An ADF application contains a page that displays a table for an entity object where all attributes are part of the primary key.
A List of values is used to populate each of these attributes.
When a duplicate key combination is entered, an error is reported as expected:



However, after fixing the error and supplying correct values, some errors are shown in a popup as if the fields were empty.
Each time a click is made in a different row, additional messages get added to the same popup:
