Symptoms

This note is relevant for the following cases:

  1. After upgrading from 11g to 12c the soa_infra application doesn't make it to Running state.
  2. Installed a new patch, and need to guarantee that it will run correctly.
  3. To clean the tmp and cache folders.
  4. When tried to retire/shutdown a composite (BPEL, B2B, Mediator) and every time the status is going change to an Error.
