WebCenter Portal Export Fails With Error: JPS-04004: Duplicate permission present (Doc ID 2002045.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to export WebCenter Portal, the following error occurs.

Failed to complete the export process.

Unable to backup application policy

STEPS

 

  1. In Fusion Middleware Control, navigate to the home page for WebCenter Portal.
     
  2. From the WebCenter Portal menu, select Application Export.  The error should occur.
