Cannot See Admin UI Site Tree After Java JRE Upgrade (Doc ID 2002883.1)

Symptoms

Tree applet fails to load and does not render following an upgrade of the Java Runtime Environment (JRE). If the Java Console is enabled it may throw the following error when attempting to load the Admin UI:

Missing Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://<host>:<port>/<context>/Xcelerate/OMTree/tree.jar
Missing Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://<host>:<port>/<context>/Xcelerate/OMTree/tree.jar
Missing Permissions manifest attribute in main jar: http://<host>:<port>/<context>/Xcelerate/OMTree/tree.jar
