How to Disable the Out of Box (OOB) IAMSuite Agent the protects the Oracle Access Manager 11g Admin Console (Doc ID 2002923.1)

Goal

Customer wants to bypass the IAMSuite Agent that protects the OAM Console, and only use the native ADF login page. (Same logic/process you would see when the OAM Server is not running)

IAMSuite Agent

- Access the OAM Console through
"http://<FQDN:WLS_ADMIN_PORT>/oamconsole"
- This request is intercepted by the OOB IAMSuite Agent and presents an OAM login

https://<SSO_FQDN:PORT>/oam/server/obrareq.cgi?wh=IAMSuiteAgent+wu=/oamconsole/faces/pages/home.jspx

 

No IAMSuite Agent -ADF style login

- Access the OAM Console through
"http://<FQDN:WLS_ADMIN_PORT>/oamconsole"

https://<SSO_FQDN:PORT>:port/oamconsole/faces/login.jspx?_afrLoop= ...
