Deleting WebCenter Content (WCC) Last Revision Generates Error in Log: "There are no revisions for this content item" (Doc ID 2003485.1)

Symptoms

When the last revision of a content item is deleted in WCC an error is generated in the log:

Error 3/23/14 12:41 PM Event generated by user 'weblogic' at host 'localhost:16200'. Revision '1' for 'PS7002827' has been successfully  deleted. There are no revisions for this content item.

Changes

 Last revision deleted.
