A Composite Does Not Shown On the Left Side Panel of EM (Doc ID 2004190.1)

When log on to em console and go to >> soa >> soa-infra >> click on one of the partition ,
The left panel has only 6 composites while right panel shows 7 composites .
The following error is seen when trying to open the missing composite from right panel.
