Goal

 What do we need to investigate to determine why this error is occurring?

Error occurred when installing Tuxedo Mainframe Adapter for SNA 11.1.1.2 rolling patch RP015 on z/OS 1.13. System had an RP002 previously.

CRM trace log contains:
